Declaration of Conformity (DC) for product:

• DC of premium flour;

• DC for flour of the first grade;

• DC for semolina.

As part of the Production Control Program, Novorossiysk Grain Plant every six months performs quality control of its own products for compliance with the requirements of GOST 26574-2017 "Wheat flour bakery. Technical Conditions", TR CU 021/2011 "On food safety", TR CU 022/2011 "Food products in terms of their labeling".

• Food Safety Management System Certificate.

Novorossiysk Grain Plant is certified in the Food Safety Management System based on the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
